END OF EXCLUSIVITY IN ZERO HOURS CONTRACTS EMPLOYMENT

hammer-620009_1280Today sees the introduction of legislation which prevents employers from using exclusivity clauses in zero hours contracts.

The changes mean that any clauses in such contracts which required employees to work exclusively for one employer are no longer valid.
