Law firm Roythornes has been asked to supply a ‘dragon’ for a national event which takes place in London in September.
The Food Entrepreneur Show, Takeaway Innovation and Street Food Live takes place at the London’s ExCel centre on 29th and 30th September. It will focus on food businesses which are growing and the rapidly-expanding takeaway, eating away from home and street food markets. With over 200 exhibitors and thousands of visitors, it’s one of the major events in the food business calendar.
As part of the event, young and developing food businesses have the opportunity to take part in a live Dragons Den-style pitch in front of a panel of experts to win thousands of pounds worth of business advice. Roythornes partner, Martin Jinks, has been invited to join the panel as one of the ‘dragons’.
Speaking about the show, Martin, who is part of the firm’s busy Corporate and Commercial department, as well as a member of the in-house specialist food team, said:
“We’re delighted to have been asked to appear at such a major event for the food industry and it shows how our reputation is spreading. There is a real buzz about the sector at the moment with new styles and innovations being launched every day. It will be great to hear the pitches of some of the stars of tomorrow and help them achieve their growth ambitions.”
